Technical Description

The accuracy of this measuring machine can reach micrometers, and surprisingly, the operation is very simple, even if the operator is not familiar with the measurement operation. The measurement software used by this measuring machine, Zhuoxin Intelligent Professional One Button Software, has a user-friendly interface operation mode, and the operator can measure complex workpieces after using it for a few hours.

Main features:

1) Automatic image registration function, without the need for positioning workpieces or fixtures, allows products to be placed randomly, achieving automatic recognition and measurement; Can simultaneously identify multiple measuring workpieces and perform measurements, outputting results;

2) The image sensor adopts an imported high-definition 20 million pixel CCD, paired with a Gige Gigabit Ethernet card (transmission rate: 1G/S), which ensures clear imaging and fine image quality;

3) Adopting imported bilateral telecentric lenses, combined with parallel telecentric transmission light (transmission system), programmable four zone annular shadowless drop light (drop light system), coaxial drop light, and low angle shadowless drop light (optional light source), to ensure the authenticity, stability, and observability of the product imaging required for measurement, making the measurement data very close to the true value, and the repeated measurement data is also very stable, Ensure that operators do not doubt the measurement results due to significant differences in data.

B. Software System

Choxion one click measurement software

(1) The software verifies through surface compensation, and the repeated accuracy of measuring standard parts can reach 0.001mm,

(3) The basic software settings (such as calibration data, camera parameter settings, light source settings, and scale parameters) are saved in the config file and can be directly called for use without the need for customers to perform tedious preliminary settings.

(4) The programming is simple, similar to the operation mode of anime manual measurement. After the programming is completed, it is directly registered and saved as the product name, and the path can be saved according to the customer's intention. When calling the program, click the programming name, and the picture area will display the photos of the corresponding program products, so that the customer can identify whether it is the program to be called. In addition, the "search" function is added. Enter the program name in the search area, The software will gradually find the corresponding program based on the input text; And the saved program will not become unusable due to software or computer changes. After replacing the computer or reinstalling the software, the previous program can be opened and used without any settings.

(5) The software has powerful measurement functions. In addition to basic line drawing, distance, angle, radius and diameter measurement, it also adds functions such as finding the highest point, intersection point, contour scanning, electronic caliper, area, contour, longest distance, shortest distance, center distance, etc.

(6) Added the function of programming different regions of the same product separately. After programming the same product, six region names such as top, left, and right can be saved in its subdirectory. Calling a program can measure different regions of the same product, and even place the same product into different regions on the instrument workbench, and then directly call the domain program under the subdirectory, The software can then perform corresponding measurements.

(7) Programming modification is simple. If there are problems with the previously programmed program or product settings, you can call up the program and click the "Edit" function button to modify the program. After making the changes, click "Save" to save it.

(8) The report function is powerful, which can set product tolerances and automatically determine whether it is qualified or unqualified; Can conduct CPK analysis; You can save the set commonly used tables in the "Public Report" and call them up directly when using them; You can import the customer's own Excel master table into the report, directly output the measurement data to the specified cells, and analyze it in the report. The report is saved in formats such as PDF, DOC, XLS, TXT, etc.

(9) Multiple lighting sources can be selected, making the range of measurable products wider: in addition to the standard 100 * 100 flat light (currently commonly used in the market for one click transmission lighting), the bottom light can be equipped with parallel far core light sources; In addition to the standard 360 dead angle LED shadowless light, the upper light can also be equipped with coaxial light and low angle light, comprehensively solving the lighting requirements for various product measurements.
