Different from the traditional vibration polishing machine, the machine through the spring plate and magnetic suction motor to produce left and right direction of vibration, because the spring plate and the vibration disk is at an Angle, so the sample can be in circular motion in the polishing disk. The structure can generate almost complete horizontal vibration, which increases the time of sample contact with polishing cloth. No additional damage layer and deformation layer are generated to the sample during polishing process, which can effectively remove and avoid such defects as convex, embedded and plastic rheological. The machine is novel and beautiful in appearance, simple in operation, vibration frequency and vibration voltage can be automatically adapted with the vibration intensity, multiple samples can be placed at a time, without personnel on duty, the user can leave after setting the parameters, waiting for the sample to finish the vibration polishing automatically.
